A Black Watch Tartan Universal Rug The universal rug can be used for travelling, as a day rug, lightweight summer sheet or as a cooler. On the underside is a fleecy texture to wick moisture away from the horses' body. The outer is tougher to protect the horse whilst travelling or in the stable.

A 12oz Navy Blue and Green Stable Rug The stable layer with 12oz filling and cut higher up the neck. Outer material is a ballistic nylon coated fabric, one sided is coated with breathable polyurethane on the face side is a Fluorocarbon Finish. It is filled with 340g (12oz) polyester wadding. Inner Lining is a high strength dark green Polycotton.

A Ballistic Nylon Navy Blue and Green Outdoor Rug Outer material is a ballistic nylon coated fabric, one sided is coated with breathable polyurethane on the face side is a Fluorocarbon Finish to repel dirt. The Inner Lining is a high strength 2oz Nylon and Acrylic. 3mm Leather patches are located at the front and at the top of the gusset to add extra strength and durability.

• The rug has been designed by people who know and love horses, and with the comfort of the horse as its priority.

• The rug system is easy to use for the owner, incorporating Velcro, press studs and stainless steel spring clips instead of fiddly buckles and twist clips.

• Utilising the highest quality and technologically advanced materials the Tri-Shield optimises the protection of the horse from the elements.

• The unique front fastening system is designed to be adjustable to cater for horses from narrow to wide fits.

• To assist the front fastening system further, 2oz satinised nylon is utilised, this helps prevent unnecessary hair loss.

• The fully breathable fabrics make sure that the horse’s body can operate normally; it lets the sweat out but keeps the warmth in.

• There is one set of straps that are attached to the outermost rug, eliminating the need for a number of straps that can loop around and cause hazards as in traditional methods of layering rugs.

• The extra generous depth of all 3 rugs wrap under the belly giving more warmth and protection.

• The rugs are designed to be lightweight; this is not only a benefit to the horse, but also the owner. The fabrics allow the horse more movement and are lighter when wet.

• There is a gusset located on the shoulder of the outdoor rug, again allowing for freedom of movement in the field.

• Both the outdoor and stable rug are seamless, this prevents penetration by water and increases comfort.

• There is an integrated tail flap on the outdoor rug to increase protection.

• The rug is fast drying as the outer layer separates, less thickness creates quicker drying and therefore it can be worn on consecutive days.

• The high visibility strips located on the outdoor rug not only make it easier for you to find your horse in the field, but also allow others to see you on the public highway.

• The low set surcingles help with the rugs security and make the rug self-righting, plus increasing the horse’s comfort.
