Tri-Shield Buying Guide - NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

All rugs are measured in 3" intervals. We recommend that you measure your horse accurately so a correct fit is achieved. When purchasing a Tri-Shield please provide the length of the horse (front of chest to just behind the hind leg) and the diameter of its neck at the widest point. This will help the sales staff to ascertain your horse’s type and to recommend a suitably sized rug. The normal size range is 5' to 7', although we can accommodate the smaller or larger equine to special order. Equine Innovations Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect measurements supplied.

We feel that these prices are very competitive compared to the average cost of buying nine separate rugs currently on the market (detailed below) and the fact that we use the very best materials available and the highest quality construction.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet via online ordering.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please send in payment with your descripted order on to our Head Office at Norton House FAO our sales department with a contact telephone number and once your order is received we will contact you to confirm receipt and supply you with a despatch date.

Delivery - Times & Method
Once an order is received, we will endeavor to despatch your product within 2 working days (subject to stock availability). Should there be any undue delay in forwarding your goods, we will contact yourself to confirm due delivery date.

Orders containing several items will not normally be part-shipped if the whole order cannot be fulfilled. If this is the case, we will contact you to offer additional delivery options.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
